My Story

We inherit many of our vulnerabilities before we even have words for them.

I have always been a sensitive person. This used to feel like a weakness to me and something I had to hide. As a kid and young adult I felt unsafe in the world and like I didn't belong anywhere, often feeling like an outsider looking in. I spent years fearing rejection, uncomfortable in my own skin and feeling like I needed to prove myself repeatedly in order to be accepted by people who had already accepted me.

An unexpected source provided me with a powerful approach to start moving through these challenges. I discovered parts work in an acting class. What started as a tool for acting became the foundation for what I do now. Working with a mentor, I began to explore the different parts of myself, delving into my vulnerabilities in a way that felt safe and nourishing. A long period of inner work followed, utilizing parts work, somatic healing, and plant-medicines. As I got to know myself better, I was able to recognize my strengths for what they are. My sensitivity and my depth now feel like my superpowers. They are the core of what enables me to help other people.

And I'm still doing this work. I consider healing and growth to be a lifelong practice that I'm just as much a part of as anyone I work with. I'd be honored to be a guide for you on your journey of growth.

Why I do this work

I feel that there is something sacred about being trusted with someone's vulnerability and I am honored to hold that for the people I work with. My own healing didn't happen because someone fixed me, it happened because someone was willing to heal with me. This work has been transformational for me, and I am devoted to helping others find similar wholeness and grounding for themselves.

My approach

  • Parts work (Voice Dialogue) — meeting the different parts that make up who you are with curiosity, care, and compassion instead of judgment or resistance

  • Somatic practices — helping you notice how different parts show up in your body, and supporting you as you ground and release what you're holding

  • Relational Life Therapy (RLT) — for couples navigating conflict, trust repair, and life transitions

Sessions are virtual over Zoom, or in person if you're local.

If any of this resonates with you — or just makes you curious to explore — I'd love to talk.
